1. Publication Schedule
Jurnal Sistem Cerdas is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published three times a year (triannually), in April, August, and December.
The journal maintains a regular publication schedule to ensure the timely dissemination of high-quality scientific research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computational intelligence, intelligent information systems, and related fields.
The annual publication schedule is as follows:

2. Manuscript Submission
Jurnal Sistem Cerdas accepts manuscript submissions throughout the year through its Online Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
Authors may submit manuscripts at any time without waiting for a specific publication period.
All submitted manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening, peer review, and editorial evaluation in accordance with the journal's publication policies.
The assignment of accepted manuscripts to a particular issue depends on the completion of the editorial and production processes, manuscript readiness, and the availability of publication space.
3. Editorial and Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Sistem Cerdas are evaluated based on scientific originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's focus and scope, and compliance with publication ethics.
The journal applies a double-blind peer review process to maintain objectivity and scientific quality.
Manuscripts are normally evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers with expertise relevant to the submitted research.
The editorial team is responsible for determining the suitability of manuscripts for publication and assigning accepted articles to the appropriate issue.
4. Publication Timeliness

However, manuscript acceptance does not automatically guarantee publication in a particular issue. Publication scheduling is determined by editorial readiness, completion of revisions, and final production requirements.

5. Volume and Issue Numbering
Jurnal Sistem Cerdas organizes its publications using an annual volume and issue numbering system.
Each calendar year corresponds to one volume consisting of three issues:

The volume number increases annually, while issue numbers restart from Number 1 at the beginning of each publication year.
