Research manuscripts should be organized according to the following structure.
The title should accurately reflect the research objectives, methods, or principal contribution. Authors should avoid unnecessary abbreviations, overly broad expressions, and ambiguous terminology.
The manuscript must include the full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, countries, and corresponding author's email address.
All listed authors must have made substantial scholarly contributions to the research and approved the submitted manuscript.
ORCID identifiers are encouraged.
The abstract must contain 150–250 words and clearly summarize the research.
It should include the research background or problem, objectives, methods, principal findings, and conclusions.
Authors are strongly encouraged to include quantitative results, such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, processing time, or other appropriate performance indicators.
The abstract should be written as a single paragraph without citations, tables, or figures.
Provide 3–5 keywords representing the principal concepts, methodologies, and application domains of the research. Keywords should be separated by semicolons.
The introduction must explain the research background, problem formulation, significance, and objectives.
Authors should critically discuss relevant previous studies to establish the current state of knowledge and identify specific research gaps.
The final part of the introduction should clearly state the novelty, scientific contributions, and objectives of the proposed research.
The methodology section must provide sufficient information to enable scientific evaluation and reasonable reproducibility.
Depending on the research design, this section should describe:
Research design and methodological framework.
Dataset characteristics, sources, and collection procedures.
Data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Proposed algorithms, architectures, or computational models.
Experimental settings and implementation environment.
Training, validation, and testing procedures.
Baseline models and comparative methods.
Performance evaluation metrics.
Statistical analysis methods, where applicable.
For machine learning and artificial intelligence research, authors should report relevant hyperparameters, data partitioning strategies, random seeds where applicable, and measures taken to prevent data leakage.
The results section must present the main research findings objectively and systematically.
Results should be supported by appropriate tables, figures, graphs, mathematical analyses, or experimental evidence.
The discussion should interpret the findings, explain their scientific significance, and compare them with relevant previous studies.
Authors are encouraged to include comparative experiments, ablation studies, robustness analyses, and computational efficiency evaluations when relevant to the proposed contribution.
Research limitations, potential threats to validity, and practical implications should also be discussed.
The conclusion must summarize the principal research findings and explain how the study addresses its stated objectives.
It should emphasize the scientific contribution and potential implications without merely repeating the abstract.
Future research directions may be included where relevant.
Authors may acknowledge individuals, institutions, funding agencies, or organizations that contributed to the research but do not meet the criteria for authorship.
Funding information and grant identification numbers should be disclosed when applicable.
All references must follow the IEEE citation and reference style.
Authors should prioritize relevant peer-reviewed journal articles, reputable conference proceedings, and authoritative scientific publications.
Recent literature, particularly research published within the previous five years, should be adequately represented while retaining important foundational references.
Every reference listed must be cited in the manuscript, and every in-text citation must appear in the reference list.
Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially according to their appearance in the manuscript.
Table captions should appear above the tables, while figure captions should appear below the figures.
All visual materials must be legible, scientifically relevant, and appropriately referenced in the manuscript.
Equations must be clearly formatted, numbered where necessary, and accompanied by explanations of mathematical symbols and variables.
Authors must obtain appropriate permission for copyrighted materials reproduced from other publications.
Jurnal Sistem Cerdas uses the IEEE referencing style, with citations indicated by sequential numbers in square brackets.
Examples of in-text citations:
Intelligent systems have been widely implemented in decision support applications [1].
Recent studies [2], [3] have investigated deep learning approaches for image classification.

Jurnal Sistem Cerdas is committed to maintaining academic integrity and responsible scientific publishing.
Authors must comply with the following ethical principles:
Originality and Plagiarism
Submitted manuscripts must represent original scholarly work. Plagiarism, inappropriate paraphrasing, and unattributed use of others' intellectual contributions are prohibited.
Duplicate Submission and Publication
Manuscripts must not be simultaneously submitted to another journal or previously published in substantially the same form.
Data Fabrication and Falsification
Fabrication, manipulation, or falsification of research data, experimental results, and scientific evidence is strictly prohibited.

All manuscripts may undergo similarity screening using appropriate plagiarism detection software.
The editorial team will evaluate similarity reports by considering the nature, context, and sources of textual overlap rather than relying exclusively on a numerical similarity score.
Manuscripts containing substantial unattributed overlap, plagiarism, or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected.
Authors are encouraged to conduct similarity checks before submission.
All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial evaluation to assess relevance, completeness, originality, ethical compliance, and conformity with journal guidelines.
Manuscripts that satisfy the initial screening requirements are forwarded for peer review.
The journal adopts a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from one another.
Each manuscript should normally be evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers with expertise relevant to the research topic.
Editorial decisions may include:
Accept Submission.
Revisions Required.
Resubmit for Review.
Decline Submission.
The final publication decision is made by the editorial team based on scientific quality, reviewer recommendations, journal scope, and publication ethics.
Acceptance is not guaranteed by successful completion of the review process.
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal's Online Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
Authors should follow these procedures:
Register or log in to the journal's OJS website.
Select the option to create a new submission.
Choose the appropriate manuscript section.
